• CAN I PLACE A CUSTOM ORDER?
Yes, you can. If you have an idea for a special piece, please use the contact form, and we can discuss it further.
Custom orders include an additional custom fee of 10€, but in return you can choose the crystals and materials and collaborate on the design.
• CAN I COMBINE SHIPPING?
Yes, you can combine your orders for free shipping.
If you have two orders you would like shipped together, please contact me before your first order is shipped. I will provide you with a free shipping code and send both orders in one package. Please use the contact form and mention that you would like to combine shipping.
• HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
All items are handmade and therefore your order will take approximately 1–2 weeks before it is finished. You will receive an email notification when your order has been shipped.
Once shipped, estimated delivery times are:
- Within Germany: 2–5 days
- Within Europe: around 1–2 weeks
- Outside Europe: around 2–4 weeks
Delivery times may vary depending on your local courier. If your item has not arrived within these time frames, please contact me.
• WILL THERE BE CUSTOMS FEES ADDED TO MY ORDER?
Vesper Moth ships from within the EU. If you live outside the EU, customs fees may apply. Please check with your local postal service for current rates and limits. Vesper Moth does not mark down the value of packages.
For all my US customers: US tariffs are now included in the price.
• RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY
All my designs are made to order and therefore no returns or exchanges are accepted unless the item is damaged upon arrival or differs from what was ordered. Photo documentation is required.
